1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bd20 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that all of the following conditions are satisfied and remain satisfied throughout your use of the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older throughout the duration of your use of bd20. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. bd20 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to immediately close any account where the account holder is found to be, or is suspected of being, under 18 years of age.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

bd20 is operated for and primarily targeted at adult players residing in Bangladesh. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your specific location. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using bd20 is lawful in your jurisdiction. bd20 makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each eligible player may create and maintain only one (1) bd20 account. You may not open a second account if you already hold an active account or if a previous account of yours has been suspended or closed by bd20 for a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Players found to hold multiple accounts will have all associated accounts closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus balances forfeited.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile phone number. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure without refund of deposits made under a false identity.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the wagering and casino services on bd20, you must complete the registration process at bd20.ws. Registration requires you to provide a unique username, a secure password, a valid email address, and an active Bangladeshi mobile number. An SMS one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number to verify ownership of that number before registration is complete.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bd20 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to prevent fraud, underage gambling, and money laundering. You may be required to submit identity verification documentation before your first withdrawal or at any other time at bd20's sole discretion. Acceptable documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copy
• Bangladesh Passport — photo page
• Bangladesh Driving Licence (as a secondary identity document only)
• Proof of registered payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account under the same registered name)
• Proof of residential address — utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days

bd20 will complete KYC review within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during KYC review.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are entirely responsible for the security of your bd20 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bd20 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP verification on every new device login. bd20 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) calendar months. bd20 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳50 to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, deducted from the account balance, after providing thirty (30) days written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be closed without further notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd20 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

bd20 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any balance funded by a third-party payment may be voided and the deposit returned to the source account.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum single deposit, though bd20 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts at its sole discretion for security, KYC, or responsible gaming reasons. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bd20 balance within sixty (60) seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) Bangladesh Standard Time business days to be reflected in your balance. bd20 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing systems.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your bd20 KYC-verified identity. bd20 processes withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) BST business days.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

bd20 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: (a) KYC verification has not been completed or satisfactory documents have not been provided; (b) the account is under investigation for fraudulent activity, collusion, or breach of these Terms & Conditions; (c) the funds to be withdrawn were deposited and not subject to any wagering activity before withdrawal was requested (i.e., deposit-and-withdraw without play); (d) the account holds a negative sports trading liability at the time of the withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bd20 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other events relevant to the Bangladeshi market. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your bd20 account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the following general rules apply to all bd20 bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your balance without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of each qualifying wager. Live casino games, RNG table games, and slots may contribute at different rates as specified in each promotion.
• Crash games including Aviator contribute to wagering requirements at the rate specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Maximum bet sizes while a wagering requirement is active may be restricted. Placing bets above the stated maximum while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• bd20 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, created multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or engaged in any form of matched betting or arbitrage using bd20 bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a bd20 account — including accounts that were closed, suspended, or self-excluded — are not eligible for welcome offers unless bd20 explicitly states otherwise in writing. Reload and ongoing promotions are subject to the eligibility criteria stated per offer.

5.4 Promotional Changes

bd20 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and subject to active wagering requirements at the time of a promotion withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms unless bd20 identifies abuse or a breach of these Terms & Conditions in connection with the bonus.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on bd20 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. bd20 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started (where live in-play betting is not an explicitly offered product for that event), bets placed on clearly erroneous odds, or bets placed in violation of any applicable betting rule.

6.2 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on bd20 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers home and away fixtures, and international ODI and Test matches — is governed by the following rules:

• A match must reach a minimum number of overs as specified per market (typically five overs per innings for a T20 result to stand) for most match-winner markets to be settled as valid.
• In the event of a rain interruption resulting in a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised target, markets will be settled on the official DLS result where applicable.
• Abandoned matches where no official result is declared will result in all match-winner and outright bets being voided, with stakes returned to player balances.
• Ball-by-ball live in-play markets are settled in real time based on official ball-by-ball data feeds. In the event of a data feed error, bd20 reserves the right to void affected in-play markets and return stakes.
• BPL and IPL tournament outright markets (e.g., "Winner of BPL 2026") will be settled on the official tournament result as declared by the governing cricket board.

6.3 Casino and Crash Game Rules

Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are governed by the rules of each respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the round will be settled according to the outcome registered by the game server at the time of disconnection. bd20 is not responsible for internet connection failures on the player's side during a game round.

For crash games including Aviator by Spribe, the provably fair algorithm determines the multiplier at which the round ends. Cash-out instructions must be received by the server before the crash event. Instructions received after the crash event will not be honoured, and the wager will be settled as a loss.

6.4 Void Bets and Error Resolution

bd20 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; (b) the result of the relevant event is subject to official review or reversal; (c) the bet was placed in a market that was offered in error; or (d) the bet constitutes part of a pattern of activity identified as arbitrage, exploitation of pricing errors, or abuse of the Platform. In all void cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd20 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the affected account(s):

• Creating more than one player account, or registering under false or another person's identity
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or mechanical or electronic devices to place bets, access account data, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or tournament market
• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to exploiting delayed live data feeds to place in-play bets with prior knowledge of the outcome
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other IP masking techniques to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform security measures
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially criminal activity through the bd20 Platform
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse strategies designed to lock in guaranteed profits regardless of outcome
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's servers, infrastructure, or security systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd20 staff or customer support representatives
• Allowing or facilitating access to your bd20 account by any third party, including permitting another person to place bets on your behalf

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by bd20

bd20 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player is found to be ineligible to hold an account (e.g., under 18, duplicate account); (c) the player's account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity; (d) bd20 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, bd20 reserves the right to withhold the balance held in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bd20 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". bd20 will process your request within two (2) BST business days. Before closing your account, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

bd20 provides a voluntary self-exclusion programme for players who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion options are available for periods of one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months, twelve (12) months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. 8.4 Reactivation After Self-Exclusion

Temporary self-exclusion periods will expire automatically at the end of the stated term. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and bd20 will not reactivate a permanently self-excluded account under any circumstances. Players who have completed a temporary self-exclusion and wish to resume play must confirm via email to [email protected] that they wish to reactivate their account, and bd20 may impose a reflection period before reactivation is granted.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

bd20 aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to its services at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond bd20's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, or telecommunications infrastructure failures across Bangladesh). bd20 will not be liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities — arising from temporary Platform unavailability.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

bd20 takes reasonable steps to ensure that odds, match data, scores, and game results displayed on the Platform are accurate. However, bd20 cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third-party data feeds in real time. Where a material data error affects the settlement of a bet, bd20 will apply the void and restitution procedure described in Section 6.4.

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd20's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bd20 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages of any kind.

9.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that gambling involves a financial risk and that you may lose all funds wagered on the bd20 Platform. bd20 does not guarantee any winnings. Participation in sports betting and casino gaming on bd20 is entirely at your own risk. 10 Amendments to These Terms

bd20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bd20 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the updated terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address a security issue.

Your continued use of the bd20 Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2 before the new terms take effect.
